Please include your device model, iOS version, and a short description of the issue.

Try these steps first

Update Binary Puzzle and iOS to the latest available versions.
Close and reopen the app.
Restart your iPhone or iPad.
If the issue continues, contact us before deleting the app so your local progress is not lost.

Frequently asked questions

How do I restore Full Access?

Open Binary Puzzle, go to Settings, and select Restore Purchases. Make sure you are signed in with the same App Store account used for the original purchase. Full Access is a one-time purchase.

I purchased Full Access, but it is still locked

Check your internet connection, then use Restore Purchases in Settings. If access remains locked, email us with the purchase date and country or region of your App Store account. Do not send payment card details.

Where is my puzzle progress stored?

Your puzzle progress, statistics, streaks, and preferences are stored locally on your device. Binary Puzzle does not require an account or upload your puzzle activity to a server.

Will deleting the app erase my progress?

Yes. Deleting Binary Puzzle removes local progress and statistics. Your Full Access purchase remains associated with your App Store account and can be restored after reinstalling.

How do I reset local data?

Open Settings in Binary Puzzle and select Delete Local Data. This clears unfinished puzzles, history, statistics, streaks, and preferences from the device. The action cannot be undone.

Why did my daily reminder not appear?

Open iOS Settings, select Notifications, then Binary Puzzle, and confirm that notifications are allowed. You can set the reminder time inside the app under Settings. Daily reminders are optional local notifications.

How do I play Binary Puzzle?

Fill every cell with 0 or 1. Each row and column must contain the same number of zeros and ones, no more than two identical numbers may appear next to each other, and no two completed rows or columns may be identical. You can replay the tutorial from Settings.

Can I use Binary Puzzle offline?

Yes. Puzzles, saved progress, statistics, and daily challenges work without an internet connection. An internet connection is needed to purchase or restore Full Access through the App Store.
